My first time at the biggest comic/entertainment convention in the world. This place was ridiculously huge. My brother and I spent only two days here. Biggest mistake ever. We did more than we ever have, but at the same time we saw nothing. I advise you spend five whole days there. Simply put, there is just too many programs, events, and vendors to see. Seriously. The highlight of this trip was watching a sneak peak trailer to the extended edition of The Return of the King. It was seriously the most amazing I've seen in a while. I liked the theatrical but it just felt a little rushed for being a three hour movie. Crazy isn't it? Best thing is, we got to meet David Wenham (Faramir) and Billy Boyd (Pippin). Got there autographs too! Check it out!

David Wenham and Billy Boyd. They left for a lunch break when Dominic Monaghan (Merry) stopped by looking for them. They were totally awesome. Billy Boyd almost hit me in the head with a ping pong paddle. I had to fight hundreds of people to get tickets for these guys. It was literally reach out and hope someone puts one in your hand. I was squished for about 5 minutes and managed to get one. I tried leaving but couldn't, so I went back and got another one! I didn't think that would work, but there were so many people crowding and shoving and pushing that they didn't know I already had one. That's how its done!

Another shot of the two.

The Star Wars setup had an huge X-Wing and a constant flow of dressed up troopers.

Amazing R2-D2 lego.

Great first look at what the extended edition will look like. This was the best investment in the world. I hope everyone has this!

Huge Ringwraith.

Parts of the Sideshow booth.

A look at the crowd.

What the largest panel room looks like. It seats several thousand. This panel is the Lord of the Rings people.

If I had money, I'd buy this.

Doesn't that look just like Arnold?

Can't go wrong with MacFarlane figures.

Gollum!!

Would you buy this?

Sweet model.

Authentic costumes from LOTR.

The kings outfit.

Just a generic shot of the crowd.
